Planning: Planning efforts focused on advancing tree canopies, green spaces, clean mobility, environmental health, workforce development, and affordable housing without displacement.

Scope: Serve as Health Equity Consultant for the Community Planning Collaborative for a Green Southeast San Diego project, funded by the Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Program Planning Grant- Round 5. Co-developing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and community and economic development programming promoting health equity, environmental justice, and community engagement.

Client: San Diego Gas & Electric
Project: SDG&E 20SD Surcharge Program (2023-2024)
Scope: Communications Director leading the Communications Division of Cordoba’s Program Management Office for the San Diego Gas & Electric 20SD Surcharge Program. Worked directly with San Diego Gas & Electric and in coordination with the City of San Diego to deliver
outreach and management services for electric utility overhead to underground conversion projects.

Valley Water Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion 5-Year Strategic Master Plan
Client: Santa Clara Valley Water District
Project: Diversity Equity and Inclusion Strategic Master Plan (2021-2023)
Scope: As Project Manager, provided project management services including scope and budget supervision, coordination of internal and external project team meetings, draft agendas and meeting minutes, managed project controls including file sharing, development and management of cost loaded schedule, developed work plan with client, maintained project records and accounting per scope, budget, and delivery timeline.   Delivered the agency’s 5-Year DEI Strategic Master Plan and presented for board approval.

SANDAG RFIC Phase 3 Cross Border Trolley (BTX)
​Client: San Diego Association of Governments
Project: SANDAG RFIC Phase 3, Binational Trolley Crossing (BTX) (2021-2024)
Scope: Project Director, Client Manager and Binational Stakeholder Engagement Lead with local, state, and federal agencies in the US and Mexico for the SANDAG RFIC Phase 3, Binational Trolley Crossing (BTX), an alternative delivery project. Managing the delivery of binational agreements, strategic stakeholder engagement plan, communications master plan, and managing framework for approvals of all permitting, environmental clearance (EIR/ EIS in US and MIA in Mexico), Right of Way (ROW) acquisition, utility relocation packages, procurement packages, grant applications, and concession and finance strategies.
